You will receive an email notification to let you know when your record request has been fulfilled and records are available with instructions on how to access them.  

 

You can then log into your medchart account anytime at www.medchart.ca to securely access and share your available records with other physicians, insurance companies, lawyers and other third parties which you need to share with.
